Greetings,

I would like to inform you of a newly launched service akin to the likes of eBay, eBid and others.

eBitsi.com was officially launched on the 17th February 2011 after our initial Beta. Currently we have had over 7000 listings posted in that time, over 300 new users, in excess of 250k site hits and around 2000 unique visitors a day. As you can imagine, we've had a busy 2 weeks.

We realise that to make our mark, eBitsi has to stand out from the crowd. We have a host of features that are intended to increase a users on-line buying and selling abilities and make it easier and faster to find, buy and sell on the internet. Some of which I will explain in detail below:

For existing internet traders we understand that the thought of having to re-list all the items they may have on other popular auction sites and services such as eBay is a daunting one. eBitsi allows a number of options to resolve this issue by way of a TurboLister compatible bulk uploader, and various tools, on site, to import listings with all information such as template, description, price, images etc directly from eBay, osCommerce stores and other venues of sale on the internet.
Additionally, a traders eBitsi account can be configured to monitor their listings and items, and update accordingly should anything change, import new items listed, remove eBitsi listings should they be sold elsewhere. Our goal here is to ensure that no matter where a trader may sell on-line, eBitsi is the most current and up to date of them all.

To further increase sales for traders, we submit our entire listing database to a number of internet services such as Google Base, kaboodle and others, on a daily basis.

eBitsi is also plugged in to the worlds #1 social network, Facebook, with an application that integrates eBitsi to a users profile. Should said user post a new item for sale on eBitsi, a post is automatically made into their "News Feed" with some information about the item. Their friends can then see what it is they are selling, and are able to get more information on the item, or buy it, by clicking on it. The Facebook application also allows friends to see the latest items a user has for sale in a simple easy format, within Facebook.

And it doesn't stop there, we have many further additions to eBitsi over the coming weeks, most notably an application for Android, iPhone and Blackberry, that give further options for buying and selling on eBitsi.

We have taken a different approach to what seems to be the norm of offering "free everything" across the service, instead opting for better and more extensive features.
However, some information on fee's, at present we are offering a "No Fee" policy on Final Value sales to help promote our launch. This is currently set to expire on the 31st March, but is in discussion at present to be extended a further 2-3 months. Post this period, we will be levying FVF at a flat 1.5% regardless of item or sale value. There are no listing fee's on eBitsi and never will be.
All listings are able to post HTML descriptions, have 4 images, and a video by default, uncharged. Some extended features on items are charged such as featured, highlighted, bold, but these are optional.

In closing, I would like to thank you for reading, and ask if you would be so kind as to mention eBitsi in your next online Blog, site news update, or to add it to a list of eBay alternates that you may have.

Of course, if you would like some further information regarding eBitsi, please email and I will answer any questions you may have. Additionally, Im open to any suggestions at all, and would love to get a discussion going Smile

Best Regards

Dan Hughes
